Website and Social Platforms

Background

Since its launch in 2012, the PBS Online Film Festival has featured diverse films from up and coming filmmakers. Each year, the annual festival showcases 25 short-form independent films.

My Role

As one of its founders, I have served as the festival's Executive Producer and Chief Curator. To sustain these efforts, I have raised more than $500,000 in grant funding to support independent films on PBS digital platforms.

Key Results

To date, festival films have been viewed more than 10-million times, reaching a younger social engaged audience, than the PBS core. The films can be viewed on PBS.org, PBS video apps, YouTube, and Facebook.
